Práticas inovadoras da educação: a responsabilidade corporativa nas universidades brasileiras

Abstract

Os documentos institucionais são emitidos pelas Instituições de Ensino Superior (IES), sendo esses o Plano de Desenvolvimento Institucional (PDI), Perfil Institucional e Planejamento Institucional, por exemplo. Neles, salientam-se as iniciativas das universidades referentes a sua sustentabilidade, ou seja, questões referentes ao uso de recursos naturais, tratamento de resíduos, relacionamento com a comunidade, proteção das minorias, ferramentas de governança, entre outros. O presente estudo buscou analisar o conteúdo desses documentos relacionados às iniciativas de Responsabilidade Social Corporativa (RSC) por meio do software de análise qualitativa Iramuteq, identificando as principais ações e posicionamentos das cinco IES mais inovadores do Brasil. Os resultados da análise apontam que as IES se atentam para iniciativas sustentáveis, categorizadas em sete clusters: estrutura, ferramentas, compromisso, inclusão, sensibilidade, comunicação e comercial. Dentre as conclusões, sobressaem-se as preocupações com as causas ambientais e sociais, contemplando tanto aspectos arquitetônicos quanto ações de acolhimento para todos. Portanto, essas iniciativas contribuem para melhores desempenhos das IES em ações sustentáveis e de inovação para seus stakeholders.
