Estudos bibliométricos sobre governo digital: perspectivas do Brasil frente ao cenário internacional

Abstract

Tanto na esfera mundial, quanto em âmbito nacional, os estudos sobre governo digital vem crescendo visivelmente nos últimos cinco anos, mostrando o interesse dos pesquisadores pela temática. Assim, o objetivo desse trabalho é realizar uma revisão da literatura internacional, por meio de documentos indexados sobre a temática, nas bases de dados Scopus e Web Of Science, utilizando-se da Teoria do Enfoque Meta Analítico Consolidado – TEMAC, traçando o panorama das pesquisas internacionais e comparando-as com as pesquisas nacionais, de 2017 a 2022, visto sua expressão de publicações nesse período. Os resultados mostram que o Brasil embora ainda não figure entre os autores mais citados no cenário internacional, já faz sua presença acerca dos estudos sobre governo digital, contribuindo com 3,5% da literatura, a nível mundial, fazendo parte dos dez países que mais publicam sobre governo digital. Avaliando as temáticas, tanto no processo histórico, por meio do “co-citation”, quanto pela evolução dos temas a partir das palavras-chaves, é possível notar um alinhamento das discussões do país com o cenário internacional sem, contudo, trazer discussões inovadoras para a área.
