Melhoria de processos através de reunião de retrospectiva na concepção de software com design thinking

Abstract

O Design Thinking (DT) vem sendo muito utilizado na busca por desenvolver soluções que identifiquem as reais necessidades dos usuários. No entanto, após a implantação do DT, deve-se considerar que as organizações e suas necessidades evoluem. Neste caso, a melhoria de processo na utilização do DT é necessária. Por outro lado, muitas organizações desistem de implantar a melhoria de processos por considerar uma tarefa árdua, burocrática e que exige muito tempo para sua implantação. Com isso, a utilização de práticas ágeis para realizar a melhoria de processos é considerada uma solução promissora. Entretanto, na literatura não existem artigos descrevendo a aplicação do DT na concepção de software e que promovam, ao mesmo tempo, a melhoria de processos. Com isso, o problema de pesquisa aqui tratado consiste na necessidade de realizar melhoria de processo de concepção de software com DT de forma menos burocrática. Este trabalho foi aplicado em uma organização de desenvolvimento de software brasileira por meio de uma pesquisa-ação. Como resultado, este trabalho desenvolveu e aplicou um processo de concepção de software com DT e realizou a melhoria de processos a partir da utilização da técnica de reunião de retrospectiva.
